A doctor and a nurse midwife are on call 24/7. After hours, our answering service will take your call and we will return your call promptly.

Billing and Insurance Information

Please Note…

  • Ultrasound services, laboratory services, massage services and other tests are not provided by Women’s Health Care; therefore, you will receive statements from the respective providers performing those tests and or services.
  • Please notify our staff of requirements of your insurance carrier for specific laboratories and pharmacies.
  • Women’s Health Care accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards, checks and cash.

Women’s Health Care accepts most private insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid; however, some services offered at Women’s Health Care may not be covered by your policy. Please check with the administrator of your plan.

Co-payments, deductibles, co-insurance or non-covered services are expected to be paid at the time of your visit.

Please bring your current insurance card and a picture ID to all appointments. Our receptionists will scan a copy of each into your electronic medical record.
